A lot of us have worked with Jeff Adams and the rest of this team for a several years now and they have always done an amazing job for us and our clients. I recently had a condo listing that went under contract and I was able to have the buyer's agent have their buyer contact Jeff Adams for a quote. Long story short, he beat all the other lenders the buyer had been talking with not only on the rate but also the closing costs, down payment, PMI and closing time frame to get the loan done. Jeff was given the loan and on day #8 we were sitting at the closing table...and it was a condo which most lenders tell us will take extra long. The buyer and the buyer's agent told me several times during our closing how grateful they were that I insisted they at least talk with Jeff. They said how truly impressed they were with the loan Jeff got him, the service, how easy the process was and they couldn't believe how quickly he got the loan done and we could close.
This team operates like a well oiled machine. They truly care about each of us, our success and doing what's best for our clients. They genuinely embody the same business philosophy as we do with being a part of Keller Williams, which is huge. They always answer their phones or call you right back even on the weekends, early in the morning and late in the evenings. They are ALWAYS there for us!!
If you have an opportunity to use them, trust me you and your clients will not be sorry. I know when I work with Jeff Adams and his team, it's as good as done and you just can't put a price on that.

Welcome back to everyone and here is to an incredibly successful 2010 to be had by all!
I wanted to share the success I have experienced during this past Holiday month, thanks to WR Starkey! My last transaction of the year was my son on an estate home in East Cobb. Thanks to The Adams Team who worked diligently from Thanksgiving thru December 23rd, My son has spent his Christmas and New Years "Vacation" up to his eyeballs peeling Wallpaper & pulling carpet. His dream of owning a home this year would not have happened without the efforts of the Adams Team! So I let WR Starkey have a break the 23rd thru the 31st and then I was right back on them with a Relo home, contracted the 31st, Binding the 1st, and guess who I've had them calling......Yup they took all our calls and emails thru New Years Eve & Day! My Clients are Pre-approved and ready to close January 20th!! Sure can't beat the response time and dedication of the Adams Team w/ WR Starkey!!
